Family grieves for 'kind' 23-year-old

• KENNESAW - Brian Andrew Spruell, 23, of Kennesaw, was looking forward to moving into his new home with his fianc e this Friday. While working a technical job, he was trying to earn a degree in marketing at Georgia State University.
  
  
  
  But Spruell's future was cut short after a fatal accident Sunday, after he pulled over on Interstate 75 at Barrett Parkway around 6:50 p.m. to check his car.
